When is the best time to exercise?

If your goal is to lose weight, the best time to exercise is before eating and as close to waking as possible. This timing will maximize the burning fat effect of your training. If you can't find time right after waking up, do your best to exercise whenever you can, as much as possible having it be on an empty stomach (but not while you're hungry!). The reason for this is that exercising on an empty stomach forces the body to use fat in order to produce energy. If we eat before training, the body first use the available energy from the food we've just ate, and only if this energy is finished, the body starts to burn fat. So, as I said, for maximum fat burning results do your best to exercise before eating and as close as possible to the time of waking.
