Halva shake

 

This very tasty shake is the perfect solution for

those who want to increase their consumption

of nuts, but don't particularly love nuts.

INGREDIENTS

​

  • 1 tbsp raw tahini from whole sesame seeds

  • 4 dates

  • 150 ml soy yogurt

  • Handful of almonds

  • Handful of walnuts

  • 3-4 Brazil nuts

  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut

  • 3 tsp chia seeds

  • Coconut milk or ¼ cup coconut cream + water to desirable texture

  • Ice

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
