Halva shake
This very tasty shake is the perfect solution for
those who want to increase their consumption
of nuts, but don't particularly love nuts.

INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp raw tahini from whole sesame seeds
-
4 dates
-
150 ml soy yogurt
-
Handful of almonds
-
Handful of walnuts
-
3-4 Brazil nuts
-
2 tbsp shredded coconut
-
3 tsp chia seeds
-
Coconut milk or ¼ cup coconut cream + water to desirable texture
-
Ice
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
